4th Celebration
Happy 4th of July! We celebrate the independence from England on this day giving us the freedoms that we have. I don’t know that we have ever seen a time such as this that so many want to do away with the past and forget the history that this country was built upon. When we come to Christ, he forgives and forgets our past. He does not take our memory away so we can’t remember our past. Instead, we are thankful for the blessings that we have been afforded and strive to move forward to make our lives and those around us better. The word blessing has one meaning in the original, it means happy! I am blessed, happy, to have come from a family that has served our country in the armed services. May God bless, make us happy, as we celebrate today with our families.
